Legitimate Use of Platform

Deploying our Platform for business operations or profit-oriented ventures is absolutely forbidden. This Platform is strictly built for fun and leisurely participation. Your southerncrossnz.com account must be used solely for recreation. Dissecting, altering, or decoding any Platform assets is strictly prohibited. The use of automated systems, such as AI-driven agents, is completely forbidden. Each Fantasy Cricket contest must be manually accessed through the official tools on our Platform.

Account Access Protection

Once your profile is live, maintaining the privacy of your access credentials is solely your duty. Never reveal these to relatives, acquaintances, or unauthorized entities. We assume no liability for compromises caused by external entry to your account data.

Eligibility Guidelines

• Only users aged 18 or older are permitted in our Events.
• Only residents currently based in India may join Events.
• Due to statutory limitations in some Indian territories, southerncrossnz might restrict entries from those zones. At present, individuals in Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim are not eligible to claim winnings due to state laws.
• A working email address is required for entry into Events.
• Only persons officially registered at southerncrossnz.com and properly signed into an Event under the defined rules may enter or claim winnings.

Violations & Measures

Should any breach of our Interaction Terms be found during audits, or if your actions endanger southerncrossnz, its community, or the system’s integrity, the following countermeasures may be enforced as deemed necessary:

1. Separate violators or abusers from active Events;
2. Permanently ban your entry to the Platform;
3. Retrieve any remaining credits from your wallet;
4. Initiate rightful claims via judiciary or legal proceedings, or apply for legal restitution;
5. For severe misconduct, enforce permanent bans on all future participations and prohibit future profile creation.

Any ruling delivered by southerncrossnz’s internal oversight panel regarding misconduct stands absolute and is not subject to contest. These sanctions are independent of other lawful or statutory remedies.

Governing Laws, Dispute Resolution & Rule Compliance

These Conditions are regulated by Indian legislation. Any conflict shall be addressed per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Platform Content Ownership

Each element on our Interface—text, graphics, logos, images, and layout (collectively termed “Platform Content Ownership”)—is shielded under copyright and intellectual property statutes. Moreover, materials posted by users, like comments, messages, uploads, or chats, may be kept and regarded as part of Platform Content Ownership. southerncrossnz retains the privilege to make use of such content as deemed fit.

Types of Challenges

• southerncrossnz runs two principal formats of Challenges: (1) General Contests accessible to all users, and (2) Restricted Entry Games limited to invited players. Identical rules apply to both structures.
• General Contests
  • In General Contests, southerncrossnz may host events featuring multiple team setups—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or otherwise clearly defined.
  • Certain events require a paid entry, and results dictate the prize winners post completion.
  • Every contest states a minimum player count necessary to proceed. Once this threshold is met, the event starts. If not, it’s canceled with a complete refund.
  • Some events called “Locked Matches” launch once the winning quota is satisfied, regardless of vacant spots. Registration remains open until game time or full capacity. If underfilled, entries are fully refunded.

Custom Matches

• In Tailored Matches, participants can craft events, share invitations, and define team numbers of 2, 3, 5, or 10. The host pays for the game, titles it, and gets a dedicated League Identifier. Only the name can be adjusted afterward. The host must provide Facebook or email contact to let southerncrossnz deliver invites.
• To enter a Tailored Match, an invitee must enter the Match Code and pay the charge. Once slots are filled, extra participants are locked out. If not filled one hour before kickoff, the match can be requested for Public listing. southerncrossnz makes no assurances this will work or attract more users. If still short, full repayment is made.
• Only those specifically invited may join. southerncrossnz takes no blame for technical faults or rule breaches that limit entry.

Obligation & Indemnity

By using our Offerings or taking part in Challenges, you agree to protect, repay, and clear us of any demands or liabilities (including legal bills and damages) arising from:

1. Content rights arguments tied to your submissions;
2. Negative, incorrect, or illegal actions from outside sources, including frauds or indecent entries;
3. Violations, unauthorized use, or abuse of your login;
4. Gameplay troubles, lag, disconnections, data issues, security risks, or tech malfunction;
5. Unapproved profile use, even with your earlier permission.

Jurisdiction & Legal Authority

Money Return & Withdrawal Rules

All wallet loads, fee payments, and contest entries at southerncrossnz.com related to Fantasy Cricket are final. Only platform-related tech faults qualify for refunds. Although user concerns are valued, only errors caused by system issues will be reviewed.

If you think a billing, funding, or buying concern tied to southerncrossnz is wrong, you must report within 72 hours. We will inspect and determine solely at our discretion.

southerncrossnz reserves the freedom to cancel any event at any point, with or without justification. Impacted users receive full credit refunds.

Users cannot access game lobbies once the real-life match (from the respective Series) begins.

• Skill-based games are deemed lawful within India and are not governed by acts like the Public Gambling Act, 1867. The Indian Supreme Court affirmed this in State of Andhra Pradesh v. As we rely on outside data suppliers, we disclaim liability for their data faults. You agree to refrain from pursuing legal action against southerncrossnz over this.

Team Composition: Shared team outlines are offered to assist users in crafting lineups on southerncrossnz. This data is derived from external platforms and public domains. Participants are encouraged to double-check with credible resources. southerncrossnz is not at fault if a player listed as “Available” does not ultimately participate.
